RIFM and IFRA

The need to be unified and coordinated globally is critical to the health and future success of the fragrance industry.

In order to ensure that success, RIFM is closely allied with the International Fragrance Association (IFRA).

The RIFM/IFRA alliance allows for closer coordination of information and action from the science arena to the advocacy needs of our industry. This alliance, with science (RIFM) and advocacy/communication (IFRA), promotes acknowledged leadership and expertise in fragrance science and communicates informed scientific data to official agencies and other interested parties. 

The RIFM/IFRA alliance widely publicizes throughout the industry, the Code of Practice and the IFRA Standards, along with our common goal of protecting the consumer and the environment.
