RFP FOR NOVEL NON-ANIMAL PLATFORM TO CHARACTERIZE RESPIRATORY EFFECTS OF FRAGRANCE MATERIALS

RIFM is accepting proposals to develop non-animal methods for the evaluation of fragrance ingredients for their potential respiratory effect including immunomodulation. The proposed project must have relevance to, or potential extrapolation to human hazard and exposure scenarios, and have the potential for high throughput.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from candidate organizations or institutions, in order to conduct a fair and extensive evaluation based on submissions, and select the candidate with the best ability to generate data testing of airway effects and immunomodulation. RIFM retains the right to expand or change the scope of the projects depending upon proposals received and whether they match long term evaluation plans.
