Research Institute for Fragrance Materials (RIFM) President Anne Marie Api, PhD, ATS, and Senior Scientist of Dermatotoxicology Isabelle Lee, PhD, are featured in a Perfumer & Flavorist Q&A about the impact of a recently peer-reviewed collaborative study on the low exposure of fragrance ingredients.

Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology published the study, “Detailed aggregate exposure analysis shows that exposure to fragrance ingredients in consumer products is low: Many orders of magnitude below thresholds of concern,” a collaboration between RIFM scientists and data scientists at Creme Global.
